I attended happy motherhood prenatal program from 6th month and found the exercises she taught very helpful. Ananthi is a very committed person and supports even after pregnancy in any kind of issues. I am first time mom and without ananthi, it would have been difficult to manage with no prior knowledge and preparation. The knowledge about breastfeeding in particular was very helpful.
