I have ligament tear in right shoulder(reoccurent dislocation - 5 times in 13yrs from 2006). I visted him on Aug 2021 with operative condition. He suggested few exercise to start with, Later he added few exercise every month and now my shoulder is good shape to avoid the surgery with more stability. Thank you very much .
