Ms. Anupama

Dr Anupama has been a great & major support in helping me get through hard times. In all honestly, I wasn't entirely sure sessions would help, until I met her and talked things through; prior to meeting dr anupama, I met other doctors which didn't help deal with the concerns I was facing.

I've had a couple of sessions with her- Dr anupama is kind, friendly, witty, approachable and can put us at ease real fast- Her health care /clinic is a semi informal setting which makes the space all the more friendly. she is super prompt with her appointments, and must say she is very positive and encouraging, and builds interesting conversation subjects to ease us out and help open up; which sums up to the effort she contributes to help her patients.

I personally felt her approach was quite unique and practical - On hearing about concerns, Dr anupama tailored exercise to my personal needs and they were not just generic solutions.

Therapy sessions were not just about venting and getting over with issues temporarily, rather solutions to handle them permanently, Which is something most people don't tell you. Her approach methodology is highly feasible, She helped me figure out things and has largely contributed in instilling self-confidence.

After multiple encounters with many other doctors, which I wasn't comfortable in city,(some literally judged) I came to know about Dr.Anupama through Practo and booked appointment. I wasn't sure about her either before the visit.. But surprisingly within first 10 minutes of time, I got very comfortable with her and shared my problems. Initially I restricted myself to communicate fewer issues but I have shared all the issues because she has practical suggestions. Though the scheduled time exceeds, she didn't end the session.

Very good listener. She helps to look at the issues out of the box. Very much motivating. I have to mention she ain't charging more. What got mentioned is asked to pay. Definitely worth the money!! Worth the visit!!!

After hypnotherapy my anger reduced.i started seeing things in positive manner. She guided me how to go by facts not by my own opinions; yes continuous formation of opinion about a person was my problem. Now I can confidently say that I am out of the storm’s eye. After visiting her, I never felt that I took a consultation; it was like an open discussion with your best friend.

I was looking for a psychologist to take care of certain induced stress at office, then I met two psychologists in the process in a span of 2 months & I quickly realised that it was not effective. Then I did not go by big experience , I just shortlisted one psychologist to my liking based on the confidence that I got from my telephone conversation & that was Anupama. I met her the very same day in anticipation of sharing my issues without feeling embarrassed & the meeting finished the way , I wanted. After two sittings, I had shared 90% of my concerns , thoughts & intentions very candidly. Anupama was very open in sharing her feedback, had set goals (for changing) after every sitting, it was very exciting for me to see & feel the small changes in me. I met Anupama two months after completing my sessions & I was able to articulate how confidently I managed situations that I had challenges in the past. Anupama is an excellent listener, her biggest ability is to build TRUST, give space for people to come forward & be heard. She has 10 yrs of experience in handling variety of issues & has solution for all problems. To me, today , after a year of treatment , I can say Anupama is a confidant, mentor, well wisher, a friend who will understand my counselling needs & open her doors.

A very good psychotherapist, I was dealing with depression, anxiety and other personal issues before I met her, after I consulted her things had got totally changed, I became a better version of myself, she helped me out by teaching mindfulness and anger management, she is so polite and a good listener, someone you can speak without any fear of being judged, unlike other's psychotherapist you can talk to her like a friend or a family member, it was really a good and life changing experience consulting her.

I visited Anupama based on recommendation from my colleague to overcome my challenges in parenting. She was very patient to listen to my issues. It was so comforting for someone to listen and assure you that this is normal and can be resolved. She offered me techniques to first calm down myself and then apply few techniques to my kids. I didn't have much confidence on those methods when she told me. But i applied them and saw changes imemdiately. I was so excited and it gave me confidence that i can change.

I am now visiting her often to share my experiences and how to manage my kids in new situations. Over the past 4 months, i can see a drastic change in behavior of my kids and myself. It has really brought in peace to our family. Thanks to Anupama for all this!
