Doctor's analysis / diagonosis of my lung infection and his explanation about the same, is excellent. He clarified all our doubts in a crystal clear and in a very friendly way.

Dr.. Santosham was very friendly right from the beginning. I too was very happy to meet him for two reasons which are not medical. First of all our names are similar. Joy in English is same as Santosham in Tamil!!. I am a priest belonging to the Salesian Order. I was indeed very happy when I was told that Dr. Santhosam is so past pupil of Don Bosco, Egmore. Above all, the medicines that Doctor gave were very effective. In one week, 80 percent of my caugh problem was removed. He has given some more medicines. I was suffering from COPD and the conduct of my lungs are much much better from before. The way he and Dr. Ravi treats their patients, is just amazing. He was available over call and WhatsApp during the Covid pandemic when I couldn't personally visit him.

The way he explained the issues, the medication, and everything else, there was warmth in it and made me feel recovered already.

Very bad experience. Nothing to say. Still doctor not come. Waiting for nearly 2hrs. The entire atmosphere in the hospital made me feel at ease. I had gone there with my daughter. My cholesterol level was high and I was feeling nausea and breathless. The reception treated me good care and an OP doctor checked my thoroughly before doctor rajiv.

The service overwhelmed me

! All tests were done in record time. The sister escorted me to for each of the tests- bleeding, height/weight, x-ray, egg, lung-function test. Dr. Ravi saw me after all test results were ready. He was courtesy and bed-side manner personified. The hospital has every test facility within itself. I would strongly recommend this hospital to anybody looking for customer-friendly and efficient health care.
