Doctor did not answer to any of my queries. I posted just 2 queries. 1) I have pain, should I take pain killer along with regular medication? She did not reply. 2) When my medication got over and I still had 20 percent issue, I asked her what to do? she replied complete the course which I had already done. Now I am going to a different doctor as she is not bothered about me getting cured. Bottom one is she will do first consultation and leave you. you can't go back to her for any question. if you have any issue in between, you'll have to consult another doc that I am doing.

We are consulting Dr.Arun sir for my father-in-law who had massive heart attack few months ago wherein he had emergency angioplasty where the survival rate is low since he also has diabetes and kidney failure problem. Doctor was very transparent and upfront about the whole process and explained it to the family clearly, he was very confident about the surgery and as he said he did it. I consulted Dr Arun Kalyanasundaram, * ****** ******** very friendly and down to earth specialist who gives the patient lot of comfort and his level of confidence and experience in treating complex cardiac diseases is amazing, Angiogram revealed I had Chronic Total Occlusion and he advised me to go for angioplasty. I had 3 blocks, and the procedure was done on 3rd Feb 2021, throughout the procedure the Dr was talking to me and was explaining everything he was doing and gave me so much comfort and it was a painless procedure. I am 52 years I feel so energetic after the procedure I started my workout and every time I meet the Doc, he gives me so much comfort. I like his quote when we were talking to him HEART IS MY PLAYING FIELD ANT THAT’S WHERE I PERFORM MY BEST . I highly recommend Dr Kalyan Sundaram as he is one of the best in this field and Promed as the staff there at all levels are very caring, the patients will definitely experience the skill and the care. I have visited Dr.Spoorthi (ProMed) few times, Never got disappointed with her friendliness and hospitality.

Being a doctor I have high expectations on other colleagues for better treatment but Dr.Spoorthi is always a step higher than my expectations. She takes her time explaining the medical conditions and treatment given to you , doctor spends time for each and every patient And concerned to answer any doubts regarding your medical condition or drugs prescribed.I can assure you won’t be having any doubts when your out from the doctors cabin that feels very relaxing. The point worth mentioning Dr.Spoorthi is a Board certified Doctor in America 🇺🇸.My humble opinion one among the best doctors in the country. We are consulting Dr. Spoorthi mam for my father-in-law who has Type-2 Diabetes. Initially his blood sugar was always high (above 300's) with Mam's guidance we followed the changes prescribed by her in terms of food and medicine, his blood sugar was reduced significantly over the past 2 months. I'm married for the last 10 years and met Mr. Ganesan for marriage counseling. I had left my job for making my marriage work and to bear a child and yet, nothing seemed to fall in place.

I wholeheartedly thank the Therapist Mr. Ganesan for his undivided time and commitment towards making my marriage stable, which was highly unlikely about 8 months ago. He is quite pragmatic and highly organized in his approach. His marriage counseling was effective .

I took Therapy from Mr. Ganesan as I was suffering from anxiety and negative focus related to health issues and hypertension and was not able to concentrate on my work. I also suffered from insomnia due to the anxiety . I was worried all the time even for the simplest of the situations. At one point, I was even on the verge of resigning form my job and was worried about my future. I found Ganesan Sir’s therapies and counselling sessions as extremely effective in helping me to solve my issues . I personally found his behavioral therapy very effective in combating anxiety. With his techniques, the interest and enthusiasm that I had lost was regained and now I am able to work without anxiety and health related fear that was previously nagging me.

Actually we know madam more than 2 years, for my both baby my wife getting consulation from Madam only.She is more friendly, calm, clear in explanation, easy to reach, even she is busy she call us and give the solutions.

Recently my second baby delivered on 21/11/2021 , due to first child birth operation in CMC hospital,this baby also delivered with LSCS operation.

Only for her only we admited promed hospital in chennai.

As a result we got a boy baby gift eventhough operation we are not worry because of Dhivyambigai madam ,also The Promed hospital take care very well got good service and care from all the staff nurses and other staff's.

Now both baby and Mother good.

Dr.B. Karthikeyan, a senior consultant and very popular Cardiologist in Chennai is a very simple person . When I went to meet him at Promed Hospitals, Kottivakkam, Chennai a few days ago to have a second opinion on the angioplasty which I underwent recently on 03 October 2021 in a private hospital at Madipakkam, he explained me everything about the procedure in a friendly manner which I haven't experienced ever before. Meeting him has definitely instilled confidence in me as I have to undergo angioplasty once again to remove two more remaining blocks in my right side of the heart. I wish him well !
