My father Mr. Rajkumar.G got admitted in MIOT hospital with major complaints of chest pain/Heart attack on Feb 19 2021. Dr. Viginesh Thanikgaivasan did an emergency recovery treatment followed by angiogram .My father had critical blocks in two vessels. Doctor Viginesh have patiently explained his health condition and prescribed the appropriate treatment. He was also friendly and very professional at his job. He took care of father very kindly and guided us in all aspects to take care of father.

After the (Stessthalium)procedure he was kind enough to meet us personally and explained the entire events of the procedure. Doctor gave a detailed advice while discharge regarding medications, diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications. I personally contacted doctor multiple times after discharge regarding small complaints, diet and medications. Doctor patiently replied to all my messages and solved my queries despite during his busy schedule.

My family is very thankful to him for his timely and excellent management of my father’s disease. My father couldn’t have got a better care than this.

My Father is under the complete care of Dr. Viginesh and we as a family been blessed to have my father treated under him with a complete care and guidance. My father was admitted in miot hospital with complaints of chest pain last month. Dr. Viginesh Thanikgaivasan did an emergency angiography followed by angioplasty and stent placement.He had critical stenosis in two vessels. Angioplasty was done in the main culprit vessel.Next Angioplasty was planned for a later date.Second angioplasty was successfully done a month later under OCT ( Optical Coherence Tomography) guidance. Doctor patiently explained his health condition and need for early procedure. He was also friendly and very professional at his job.

This is Kumar D.. MR No. 621315.. I had meniscus repair surgery done by Billy sir on 20-04-2020 at miot hospital..

If u have any injury in knee you can visit him without any hesitation.. Fracture required immediate attention with right person.. So don't make delay it will make complicate things.. I would've visit him early (before 21 days of injury) but I didn't That's why I am sharing my experience here.. Even though he done best in my case..

I met with accident on 15th Feb 2020.. Got ACL injury and a fracture in right knee.. I had several consultatiins with other orthopaedic surgeons who are not specialised in this arthroscopic surgery.. one of them misdiagnosis my injury.. after 1 month I came to know this surgery should be done by arthroscopic specialist and met with Dr.Billy sir.. During covid 19 lock down time also he supported me very well.. He patiently explained the condition of knee after seeing CT and MRI scans.. He will patiently answering our questions and doubts..He is Professional.. Down to earth person.. Nice human being.. His care towards patient is excellent.. I never seen this kind of doctor.. Moreover he is specialised in Sports medicines and Arthroscopic surgery.. so if u have any injury in knee you can visit him without any hesitation.. Please don't make delay..Fracture can't wait it required immediate attention with right person..

My mother was admitted to MIOT ICU with initial diagnosis as acute pulmonary edema. During the elongated course of her stay in the hospital Dr. Yashwanth Raj attended to her as a nephrologist consultant as my mother had a lot of interrelated health issues including Acute Kidney disease with accelerated hypertension. He spoke with me during the early stages of investigation and helped explain various reasons that could cause sudden hypertension in layman's terms including both primary and secondary causes which really helped me calm down and understand my mother's health situation. He also clearly articulated the interpretation of her blood test results during our first review after discharge and suggested slight alterations in the course of BP medication to bring it down and also prescribed further tests to evaluate the impact of the altered medication. He voluntarily checked on patient's well being and also provided guidance on do's and dont's with respect to diet. He is a patient's doctor and puts the effort to listen to patients description of their health issues and provides appropriate guidance which provides patients hope and feel better mentally.
