Hello Dr Rajkumar sir, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience as a patient at your hospital.

I had been researching doctors for my wife, who was experiencing problems - fatty liver, stomach pain, benign lesion. I found your profile after so much research and I was impressed by your experience and specialization, and I felt confident that you would be able to help her, so decided to travel from a far place to kilpauk hospital.

However, when we arrived for our appointment, we were told that you were not available and that we would be seeing one of your team doctors instead. We were disappointed, but we understood that things happen and we were willing to see the other doctor.

The appointment went well, and we were able to get the information and treatment that we needed. However, we were surprised to learn that we would have to pay for a series of tests and scans, which came to a total of 13,000 rupees.

We were not expecting these additional costs, *** ** **** ********* **** **** *** *** **** **** ********* ** *** *** **** ********* ** *** ** **********

We were also disappointed that we did not get to meet you in person. We had been looking forward to meeting you and discussing my wife's condition with you in more detail.

Overall, we were satisfied with the care that we received at your hospital. However, we believe that some changes could be made to improve the patient experience.

We would suggest that you:

* Make sure that all patients have the opportunity to meet with you, even if you are not available for their initial appointment.

We hope that you will consider our feedback and make the necessary changes to improve the patient experience at your hospital

doctor is friendly i consulted for my snoring issue,he said after surgery snoring may go or may not but let's do it with hope, lm undergone with septoplaty surgery, ************* ** ******* ******* *** *** ******** ****** ****** ******** ** ***** *********

Very patience with the patient and easily approachable well explained the condition will recommend 100 percent

i visit for my dad, i consult 3 r 4 Ent doctors any one didnt explain the problem but, Dr. sanjay sir explain clearly why the health issue happen again and again now my dad get normal thanks for Ent doctor sanjay sir

My mother admitted in this hospital in the year of 2003 and the doctors take care of my mother and the surgery was done by Dr. J. S. Rajkumar sir very well and upto his mark and my mother is living with me till today. I very much thank to god, no i thank to Dr. J. S. Hi doctor, am very happy with your service and treatment provide but I have a concern, As per practo the consultation fee is 300 but i was charged 750 rupees even after the Billing staff who called you to verify and on your confirmation I was charged an extra amount of 450 rupees.

This is misleading and brings in uncertainty and disappointment. We humbly request you to change the Fee projected on practo and rectify the mistake on your end.
