At the outset, we are indeed satisified with the treatment provided to my father.

To say about our experience and his treatment, my father had a diabetic wound on his left ankle. We went to many hospitals and one of our relatives had recommended this doctor. We went to him and on the first day itself, he initiated the treatment by directly opening and cleaning the wound, without prolonging it for any reason even for procedural or medical testing or reporting.

We consider that was the first impression created on him. Beacuse, according to us, that was the great relief given by him, since my father had been suffered with huge pain with that wound. Secondly, we really admired him for his undisguised service. Each time, he himself only clean the wound and do the dressing to my father. He used to touch my father's foot and clean the wound without any nauseate feel. He mostly didn't take assistance from the nurses for cleaning the wounds. I think that clearly demonstrates his dedicated service and patience towards his patients.

Generally, there is a panic among the people on diabetic foot issue. Even I have heard from my relatives and friends that they were also struggled with this issue and they had been advised to remove their respective parts of the leg. However, I have observed that he is taking every foot issue as a challenging one and healing the same completely without any amputation. It is pertinent to mention that he is healing the foot wounds within the stipulated time with the right medicines. Hence, I strongly recommend him for any stage of diabetic foot issue.

To sum up in a line, he has magic in his hands.

I visited Dr Prem for my father's complication in his left foot. He was suffering since almost 7 months, had visited lot of doctors in India. Finally, we got to know about Dr Prem. He diagnosed his leg and cleared off all doubts regarding his disease.

My father was diagnosed with Charcot's Foot problem, a very rare diabetic foot condition.

Where in, some doctors had already suggested for amputation, Dr Prem clearly overruled the need for it. He simply suggested him to rest as much as possible and to only walk with the help of ITB Crow walker.

Apart from just visiting him, I would like to mention how the doctor is always available to help via call and whatsapp. I belong from kolkata and initially was in second thoughts about travelling to Chennai with my father since he was advised not to walk at all as it could be dangerous. So I was talking to the doctor on call. I had never visited him before, still he was ready to go through my father's reports in detail and advise him even on call and whatsapp. He was available even late at night when needed!

Later I even visited him in Chennai and was so satisfied with the kind of response. He is not one of those doctors who see their patients for the sake of their profession, he treats them with the sole aim of making them healthy with whole hearted compassion. He is unlike other doctors who are just professional.

Even though there is no permanent cure for my father's disease, he is feeling much better and taking precautions as suggested by Dr Prem. I can't thank him enough in words!

I had a plantar fibromatosis on my left foot. Went to 3 different podiatrists to get it checked. I was told to get it surgically removed but I didn’t feel comfortable with any of the other podiatric surgeons to do the procedure. Dr. Premkumar was Friendly and patient in explaining the issue. He also helped me weigh the benefits and risks of getting the procedure done. He was honest and gave excellent attention before, during and post-operative care. I’m glad I got the surgery done by Dr. Premkumar, Hopefully my fibroma doesn’t grow back and there will be no further issues. Thank you Doctor.

I went to this doctor along with my mother who was suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. She was consuming steroids inorder to reduce the pain and to be able to move. This doctor gave her a new set of medicine Biologics ( An injection name Adfrar which costed around 15k per injection). He asked her to take this injection for 6 month at 2/month. ** *** *** ******* *** ****** ********* *** ***** ****** *** ********* *** * ********** ****** *** ********* **** ************ ************ * ** ** ******** ******** * **** **** ********* *** **** ******* My mother had to be hospitalized for 1 month and then she had to take Tuberculosis medicine for 1 year. Its very difficult to main Rheumatoid arthiritis and Tuberculosis at the same time. She also had osteophorosis. *** ****** *** *** ** ****** ********* *** *** **** *********** ****** I would not recommend this doctor to any pateint out there. He will recommend you expensive medicine ******* ****** ******* ** **** **** *** *** ** ****

My father had foot ulcer due to diabetes. Initially we had check up at one famous hospital in anna nagar and there it was suggested to do surgery and said like it can be cured only by surgery. After long time of search over internet I came to know about doctor .Prem Kumar podiatrist in Apollo...we took our father to him for treatment..he is very humble and convinced us with his positive words that 100 percent surgery is not required and he will give treatment..as per his words we gone for regular treatment and my father's Leg is perfectly alright now.

Really I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart because for last 3 to 4 years we are unable to find the correct treatment and solutions for my mother's foot callus. We almost met top hospitals like CMC, MMM etc... But no use only we spended money.

Dr.Premkumar clearly explained the symptoms and solution, without any manipulation. And the way he treated my mother is awesome.

During the lockdown when almost all hospitals and clinics had stopped OPD services, Dr.Narasimhan was one among the few doctors who was always available for consultation at both Apollo Main Hospital and at his clinic RRF India. I had a respiratory emergency and after futilely contacting other hospitals/doctors for treatment, finally by God's grace we found out about Dr.Narasimhan in the nick of time and visited him on the very same day. On the first appointment itself, he clearly diagnosed my problem and recommended a course of treatment. All throughout the treatment period, whenever we consulted him, he reassured us and gave us the confidence that it is a problem which can be treated completely. He never frightens a patient discussing about all the details of their condition. This is very important as only a positive mind can help with the recovery process.
