He always make delay on simple issues or quires. I think those patients who visit Apollo hospital and not financially poor. so, they need not to force deposit money before scheduled time. Again I strongly recommend to replace Dr. Uma Krishnoswamy's male secretary for convenient deal with patients.

The doctor dominates the patient with her own comments and views which is not expected from a renowned doctor like her. If a doctor does not allow her patient to speak freely about the disease then how the patient will get satisfaction and confidence on the treatment of that doctor ? She has not favored anyone by her treatment, that is her divine duty as a doctor and after all she is paid for such consultancy.
