It is excellent from doctor side but her assistant is very very non cooperative and moody also. He always force patient to deposit money before due time. He always make delay on simple issues or quires. I think those patients who visit Apollo hospital and not financially poor. so, they need not to force deposit money before scheduled time. Again I strongly recommend to replace Dr. Uma Krishnoswamy's male secretary for convenient deal with patients.

The doctor dominates the patient with her own comments and views which is not expected from a renowned doctor like her. If a doctor does not allow her patient to speak freely about the disease then how the patient will get satisfaction and confidence on the treatment of that doctor ? She has not favored anyone by her treatment, that is her divine duty as a doctor and after all she is paid for such consultancy.
