Dr Shamna has very clear vision and understanding of the patient's problems and very fast sees the needed treatment, because obviously her knowledge is so vast and good. She pays due attention and spends extensive time and energy to explain everything to the patient, to make them understand the treatment process and prepare them for it. Amidst a hectic city like Chennai in this cosy small clinic one feels well taken care of as if in own family.

Ayurveda takes time to act and the effects come with a little time, so my extreme exhaustion needed 5 days treatment to feel how the energy starts building up again. till the 7th session i was already back to my known energy level. In addition i felt deeply relaxed and cheerful. A fast effect i experienced with an ant bite which makes the place around it in 5 cm diameter swollen, itchy and painful. after the application i had, itching and swelling stopped immediately. with all other treatments it takes 10-14 days of discomfort, pain and itchiness. the last 3 sessions were with a special application for the nerves which i have never had before and felt could be very effectivefor me if it was not the stress of some urgent work i had to do on the phone during the treatment which spoiled the relaxation and i couldnt keep the application for the length of time prescribed.

I am grateful to the whole team in the clinic for all their care and am planning to continue some more treatments there for some chronic issues of mine in near future.

Doctor given internal medication along with dietary and life style change changes and suggested course of Ayurveda therapy.She got significant improvement after three weeks of medications and can able walk now..
