My wife and I welcomed our baby girl into the world, only to face the heart-wrenching reality that she had a lung infection at birth, rendering her unable to breathe. She was immediately admitted to the Neonatal ICU, and during those first three days, I was emotionally shattered, overwhelmed with fear and sorrow.
