Treatment is good ,

I visited the clinic on 29thDec'24 for wart removal on my head.

I got online appointment thru Medi buddy and the consultation fees paid by them only.(500)

I informed this prior to my visit and as well

I got online appointment thru Medi buddy and the consultation fees paid by them only.(500)

I informed this prior to my visit and as well at the time of visit even I got receipt of the paid details and I showed them.(mail copy).

But they said like that we are not giving high attention with medi buddy patients and their payments which we can't check with our accountant right now I didn't understand this.

After my appointment confirmation i called them one day prior to my visit and they said all OK and you can come and don't pay for consultation.

But after Treatment they asked me to pay for the consultation and I waited for almost 2 days and still they not provided the billing receipt which i needs to claim.

My advice. Please get the bill immediately after the Treatment/ consultation. They may say you we will send out via mail but they will take 2 more days to send ,

I called multiple times but they blocked my number. I visited the clinic again and took my receipt.

If they are maintained with proper accounts not sure why they are delaying .

This is cathrine and I am 20 years old now, after my puberty I got skin allergy because of harmone changes in my body like any time of bodysoaps never worked and any type of home remedies never worked and also I used some type of cosmetic products that also not worked. I explained all these problems to her and she heard all that with patience and she said to avoid somethings what and all not good for my skin and prescribed some products. In 1 week itself I can see the difference in my face. Really I am very happy now. Cost of the products are little expensive but that are worth it. Now I a daily routine skin care...
