I suffered from cervical disc bulge for 6 months with no hope of recovery after several sessions of traction and IFTs. I slept on wedge pillow or mostly in sitting position. If I fall asleep flat, next day I experienced pain that can't be explained in words. Mine was a severe case, I used to wake up at 3 am due to pain. Life was very hard during those months. Within 2 sessions of Varma, I saw results.
