I approached the doctor in the 2nd week of July 2020 for my father's (Kuppuswamy) prostate surgery. We approached the doctor basis previous reviews in practo. The doctor was very professional, friendly, explained the health issue and treated the patient very well. He arranged for various pre surgery tests through his network. The surgery was performed by the doctor in Bloom hospital in velachery.

Thanks to the doctor and my father has fully recovered.

Consulted Dr.Neelakandan in ANN hospital for my Father's (77 Yrs) urinary bladder issue started with blood in urine. After multiples test/scan, we have diagnosed growth in the bladder. Doctor guided right from day 1 till surgery for removal of growth using Cystoscopy Turb. He was accessible over whatsapp , phone almost all the time and guided without much delay. During this corona situation, it is quite important to get this level of guidance and support from Doctor and we are lucky enough. He even brought few equipment form outside to conduct the Surgery (in ANN hospital). Dr. Neelakandan sir is a great professional who understands the situation of the patient and explains the health problems in a kind manner, giving right suggestions. I was very afraid to go through cystoscopy but under the leadership, guidance and responsibility of Dr. Neelakandan sir, it all went through very easy. His attention to every minute details is much appreciated. Every time I reached his mobile, his words were of great source of encouragement giving positive energy. His kindness and the way of communicating is admirable. I feel bad to write this, we are sometimes choosing the specialist by reading the reviews in practo, I too chose the urologist and the multi specialty hospital by reading all the reviews and trusting the doctor. I had a very bad experience recently with the treatment given at saraswathi hospital and the problem diagnosed by the doctor. We met the doctor at saraswathi and had the catheter treatment for bladder neck incision. Before the treatment the renal II reports were normal, he suggested to put catheter and remove after 2 weeks *** ** ****** ******* ** ******* ** *** ******** *** ********* patient was affected by urinary infection and high fever, again we have taken him to saraswathi hospital and they gave potassium high syrup for the infection* **** ******** ******* ***** ********** *** ******* *************** We have taken him to the local doctor and god's grace he suggested a good nephorolgist and now he is cured and the doctor identified that patient had high bacterial infection that was the cause for all the problem* ** ********** **** ****** *** ******** *** **** ** *** ******* ********* **** **** ****** ******* *** ****** ****** ******** This is about patient life, we would have lost him even if we had delayed or missed one day. We are all not familiar with all the medical terms and treatments. Sometimes we blindly trust doctors as life saver.

I consulted Dr.Neelandan sir for my Haematuria caused by Urinal calculi.He was very friendly from the first day and he did the surgery without pain and by the next 8 hours,i was discharged from the hospital with proper medicines.

He was always available to reply my post surgery queries and fears.He made me comfortable.

I have booked an appointment for 6.15 pm but I got call from clinic by 5.45 pm ( I was about to reach clinic) stating that doctor will reach clinic by 7 pm but the doctor reached clinic by 8.10 pm. We have waited for more than 2 hours and the clinic staff was not good and they don’t know how to treat clients. Moreover there were mosquitoes in the clinic which was not trouble. Overall it’s not a good experience

My father was suffering from Prostrate gland enlargement. We went to Doctor and he very kindly explained us the issue and mode of treatment. My dad underwent Laser treatment and is now safe and healthy. I sincerely thank Doctor for his very kind & polite nature. There is a saying "Deivam manushaRoopena" but we have to change it as "Deivam Vaidhyaroopena". Means God comes in the form of a Physician to treat the patient's illness.

My dad was n completely in unstable position when we met this doctor. My dad was in sleep more than 15 hrs a day and feels so restless with frequent urination and leakage issues.
