This is selvakumar from keelkattalai.20th Jan i went to MIOT regarding my right shoulder pain which started getting uncomfortable so i consulted doctors there where i ended up taking X-ray after that doctors asked me to take MRI with no proper explanation. Later that day my pain was unbearable so i consulted another doctor in an ortho hospital where the doctor said that i needed an operation on my neck with no clear information regarding it as the news came in shock and pain killers was doing no good to my pain i was in. As i convey the message to my brother and his friend suggested Doctor Faisal and asked me to try consulting him. I took all the reports from past two consulting and X-ray and MRI to the doctor and visited him centre at Amruth orthopaedic centre at mugalivakkam for his opinon. He stated that the shoulder pain is because of the C5 in spine which has been moved form its position and causing distress in the shoulder area which can be fixed by pinning it on position by a surgery. By knowing that the pain can be fixed and the reason why i needed the surgery made me at ease. The surgery was scheduled the next day which is 23rd Jan as i was at so much pain which weren't controlled by pain killers. The surgery took place for 4 hours after i was out of OT doctors checked my brain activity with a set of questions. They notified me that the operation was a success and the same evening doctors said i was doing great and i walked out of ICU to my normal ward. The after care was much better even the silliest doubt was answered by my doctor, it may be thru call or a text. I would recommend him for all.

Hi, my name is Gopi. I underwent a reconstruction of the ACL five weeks ago. At first, I got too worried about the surgery. But, after Dr. Faisal's advice, I was all set for surgery. It was completed on Dec-13th. I felt little bit pain after the post surgery op 0th day, and that is even reduced within 24 hrs. I was discharged after 2 days. On day two, he began my rehab process. I started walking with hand sticks. Now I am very close to full flexion and knee expansion. He always used to be in touch after discharge as well. He often monitors me by telephone (he is always reachable through phone call). He is very friendly with us and listen to all our concerns with patients. I'm comfortable with the surgery and the post-operative treatment. I would certainly recommend Dr. Faisal for all those who need a good and speedy recovery with zero pain.

The only thing that bothers me is the visit time at the clinic because I was too far away from his clinic (almost 85 km). Each and every time I got an appointment at 6PM slot only. It took more than 2 hours in the clinic itself after that I went back home late at nights.

I really appreciate the Doctor for talking time to explain my condition,the dos and don’ts and assuring speedy recovery 😍.

I had taken my brother in law Mr.T.P Manohar to this doctor on ortho and neuro related problems. He understands patient's problem. More than the medical treatment, the way he consoles and helps the patient has great healing touch. He understands the financial implications of medical treatment and helps the patient to get the clinical tests done at cheaper rates when he refers to diagnostic institutes. **** *** ************* ******* He also referred us to another medical specialist to treat the neuro related issues. Dr.Faisal is an excellent Doctor and easily approchable.

I went along with my wife for her knee pain. I took prior appointment, reached on time at 6 30 pm on 2nd August 20201. Initially the staffs told it will take half an hour , after half an hour he told wait outside we will call you. I waited for 15 more minutes but still no response, in frustration I cancelled the appointment. I told to the staffs that my kids are waiting at home but of no use the staffs didnt listen at all. The doctor may be good but the staffs are not well mannered. Arrangements are also not good, there is no place to rest even though patients were hardly 10 to 12, you need to keep your shoes outside. Its totally mess and I would not recommend anyone to visit this doctor.

Recently my daughter was found having Osteochondroma. The doctor quickly recognized it and safely removed it by a surgery. He has taken all the precautionary methods and has looked it from all the aspects and has performed the surgery in a very safe way. He is an excellent doctor. He not only helps the patients to get better physically but also supports the patients mentally. he is highly motivating and genuine. He makes his patients feel cared and safe. He and his staff provide an amazing service. They provide great hospitality. The doctor is very jovial and kind.

We went to for dressing the bandage for my 1 year baby finger injury as he did vomit on it. Visited the doctor for a wound infection in left leg thumb for my mother who is diabetic. Visiting Dr. Faisal was one of the best decisions we ever made. We are satisfied with the overall treatment from him. The doctor has a personal connect with the patients and tries to understand their issues and encourages and helps them with their recovery.. the clinic is completely equipped and the tests taken are very minimal compared to other places. The doctor did not prescribe high antibiotics for my mother and believes in a natural healing process. Hes a professional in what he does since he identifies and rectified the root cause of the issue. He is a very friendly doctor with only positive vibes and supported my mom throughout her recovery.. we had a minor surgery for my mom and she was advised a vac therapy which was extremely beneficial.. my mom is now completely healed and we are glad we made the right choice by choosing dr.faisal. highly recommended.

I consulted and surfed a lot about the ACL reconstruction and why the surgery is needed.

The moment i had my first consultant with Dr Faisal i was filled with great trust and confidence on him.

The way he explained about the ACL and its importance, why the surgery is needed and
