He is our kids doctor from birth.. what ever it is.. if we go to Albert doctor my son wil be fine. You can see the changes as he says. That kind of satisfaction we get from Albert sir.. he always calls my son champion..

I do not recommend this doctor.

Took a consult with Dr. Albert for my daughter as she had severe cold and cough. Our regular pediatrician had given us appointment only in the evening and since her cough was getting severe took an appointment in KM hosTook a consult with Dr. Albert for my daughter as she had severe cold and cough. Our regular pediatrician had given us appointment only in the evening and since her cough was getting severe took an appointment in KM hospital as a back up. We had to wait for around one hour to get a 5 mins ( I literally mean ) time of this doctor. My daughter is 1 year 3 months old and she was born pre term with very low birth weight. Zero questions were asked about her birth and health history. They just checked her weight and did a extremely swift temperature check with a infra red device which is being used in all shops after Covid. The nurses took my daughter from me held her hands and legs while the doctor did a very quick check. And asked me to hand her over to my husband waiting outside. He discussed briefly about her health condition and wrote 7 different medicines, 1 nasal drop and 1 protein powder. So literally 9 medicines *** **** **** *** ****** He did give a very quick briefing of which is for what but I cudnt grasp any of that at that point of time and the prescription only had the medicine names and did not have any other details. He instructed me to give these medicines for 5 days and have a follow up appointment on the 6th day. A nurse immediately escorted me to the pharmacy where the pharmacist gave two boxes of each medicine that the doctor had prescribed sighting one box won't be enough to complete the course. When I objected to that they mentioned we won't give any of this medicine if you come back and ask. So better to buy the full course now. To avoid further arguments with them I told I donot have money for two sets will just take one for now. The one set of medicine including the protein powder costed around 700 rs. Next I was asked to pay consultation fee of 500rs. And when I asked for bill they just told we don't generally give one. Myself and my husband were confused and worried more after we came home from the hospital. Did not give even a single medicine to my daughter as firstly was hesitant to give so much medicine *** **** **** secondly force feeding one medicine took 20 mins for me could nt imagine doing that 9 times. Neither the doctor nor the nurses did care to think how a 1 year old baby wud be able to have 7 different medicines thrice a day. Issues: Patient history is something very very basic and important. What was her diet whether am I still breast feeding her or whether we are vegetarians or non vegetarians no such questions were asked. Very worse, took my daughter who S 3 yrs old for fever at 101 degree, went inside doctor room just 1 minute he kept stethoscope and prescribed medicine for 500 rs plus consultation 500,with 2 steroids just for 3 yr kid *
