********* ******* Very few doctors take time to explain the disease, its prevention and medication. For a doctor to diagnose, he needs to understand what the child is going thru and parents are the best source of information for a pediatrician. The most important thing is that he listens to what the parents have to say about the child. I moved from Bangalore and unlike doctors I have met in Bangalore, most of the doctors that I have met in Chennai dont want to spend time with the patients or the parents. They just want to see as many patients as possible and therefore dont find time to patiently listen and talk to patients/parents.
We had struggled a lot to find a good pediatrician in Chennai and we are happy and satisfied to know that we have a right doctor to reach out to.
