and my mother is alright now yet to start walking.

MRI study report revealed disc dessication of lumbar spine L4-L5/L5-S1. I was asked to practise two pain relieving exercise and three spine strengthening exercise . Just in span time of three days I became normal and able to move around , sit and travel without any pain. Doctor very patiently explained the problem and was really helpful.
