He is very friendly and efficient. He cleaned my ear in 1 minute and applied medical strip in another one minute. I was out of the office in 3-4 minutes total. He have suction equipments and other required equipments which will make your ENT appointment pain free.

Only negative is that he is a very busy doctor. Even though he fixes small things in a jiffy, he performs reconstruction and repair surgeries that will take time. Hence you might be waiting for longer than anticipated. He can put up a tv. But wait is worth it.

My mom had severe ear ache followed by ear discharge and that's were I was hunting for some good Dr near by. And yes, I have been guided rightly by practo's review.

First of all, Dr friendliness to the patient is what we lag now a days in Indian health care with growing hospitals and especially with specialist who doesn't have patience to hear all the complaints and explain the way how the patient can understand about their health issue. I think Dr. Udayakumar is really doing a good job here. He explained my mom in layman's term about what is the cause of the ear discharge, hole in the ear drum, why surgery is important for her, how diabetic control plays very important here etc. Apart from this me being pregnant woman who is taking care of my mom, he didn't made us walk every time unnecessarily to the clinic or hospital right from the consultation, surgery procedures, post op consulations... Patient care is what we need from every Dr and which is greatly carried away by Dr. Udayakumar and I personally thank him and recommend for others as well!!!

Experience was good overall. Dr was ************* *** experienced. Butimprovement may be needed on time given to listen and understand the patient problem. We went on time but we got to wait for 45min~1 hour to meet Doctor, reception staff said that booking appointment in Practo is up to you, but Dr availability is also based on Direct appointments priority only.

Doctor Udaya Kumar was very supportive throughout the treatment. He always used to greet with a smile on his face. He gave detailed explanation of all queries and with patience. He is always available even on phone, hence you feel that you are actually getting cared for. I recommend him absolutely and I wish him the best.

I had consulted Dr.Udayakumar before itself in Dr.kamakshi hospital,pallikaranai for my ear pain. The treatment which he gave and the way he approaches the patient was awesome. Suddenly today i have severe ear pain and since it was evening i was not able to go to kamakshi hospital. So i started searching for ENT doctors near to my house and accidently i found that the same doctor was coming to this clinic. So i booked the appointment and after his treatment my ear pain was completely reduced. I would surely suggest Dr.Udayakumar.

We visited the doctor for my son, husband and mother in law. Dr was very patient in explaining clearly everything about the problem. My son had a prolonged ear pain for more than two years but this Dr correctly diognised it in the first visit itself and am much relieved now. My husband recently developed severe ear pain and it was also cured by the Dr. His friendly nature, interaction with my kid, and patience is what I liked the most. And consultation fees is very reasonable. We almost feel like he is our family Dr now. He infact waited one night while I have to visit him for an emergency of my son's ear pain and Thank u so much dr for that.
