Subbulakshmi Mam is not a doctor she’s a God on earth. I delivered my girl baby normally. It was a wonderful experience. She’s awesome and always smiling whenever you visit her even at odd hours. She’s very kind and explains everything perfectly and doesn’t take you to negative thoughts during entire pregnancy. She never does C-section unnecessarily as far as I have seen. She is very patient and waits for the labour to progress and make you deliver naturally.

Many patients keep complaining of long waiting time but there are reasons behind it. We don’t know when an in-patient will hav emergency and when she will be delivering. So the doctor herself doesn’t know when she will be held up in labour ward or OT. So there is no use in blaming the administration. They try to send all the patients correctly but delays happen and no one can help with it. Even I had to wait for long hours during my appointments but all the wait is worth when you finally hav your baby delivered by the doctor.

Hospital nurses may seem to be harsh at the beginning but the truth is they are so friendly and sweet and supported a lot during pregnancy and after delivering. They personally visit every patient and give the medicines and give advices of how to take care of your little one and help you with post delivery issues and address your concerns immediately to the doctor.

My little one was anaemic after birth and she had to be shifted to NICU. Doctor took great care and constantly kept updating about the child’s progress in her busy schedule.

Overall the entire pregnancy and delivery at the hospital was a great unforgettable journey and it is an excellent team work. I thank everyone in the hospital for all the things they did. I would definitely recommend this hospital for anyone in future and also I will be coming back here for my second baby too!!

Doctors: We were consulting both Dr.Subbulakshmi and Dr Arthi both were phenomenal. Both explain things deep and they answer all your questions. A lot of people talk about Dr SubbuLakshmi in their reviews I won’t deny it she is a master of her trade but I would like to recognize Dr Arthi as we spent maximum hours of consulting and Labor with her. She is been so Kind and friendly and she has the empathy towards her patients. Thank you Dr.Arthi!!

People talk about the wait time but I would say it’s worth the Wait.

Nurses: I would like to specially thank the nurses in the labor, they were so calm and so supportive during the painful hours of the labor. Post labor the nurses visit the room when the baby cries and help us out.

Facility: I would say that they do average on the facility side. No water outlets in each floor. Hot water not available throughout the day. Facility of the rooms are not so sophisticated for the price point.

Dr. Subbulakshmi was very kind and patient. She always had a smile for everyone and gives off positive vibes. Even though she had a lot of patients to see, she has always answered each question without rushing. A week before birth, she told me that I was well prepared for labor- both physically and mentally, after doing a pelvic exam. Until then, I was scared if I would be able to manage labor pain but that sentence coming from her gave me great confidence. The other team of doctors - Dr Aarthi and Dr Rexlyn were also incredibly friendly and had a cheerful smile during labor too. The nurses were very helpful and sweet during labor and post-partum period. I feel grateful to everyone for helping my daughter come into the world- without much stress. Epidural is available for pain relief. I don’t know if I would have managed labor pain without epidural. They also let husbands in to the labor ward and it was a great experience for both of us. They insist on exclusive breast feeding and I am told they also have a breast milk bank to help mothers whose milk hasn’t come in yet. Yes, the wait time is frustrating (May take even 4-5 hrs) but in the end it was definitely worth it.

I agree that it's not an easy way to find a special and kind doctor like her.But it would be helpful if we get a msg if doctor is held up with other activities and she is gonna come late.So that, the patients may plan accordingly.Most of her patients are pregnant women and it's universal that they may find difficulty in sitting, walking or waiting for more than 3 hours. Am in my early pregnancy and I personally don't know much about a pregnant women's difficulty in 2/3rd trimester.But 14 people who was waiting there had lost their patience. It's really a difficult task to get an appointment with a very good doctor like her and if 1 appointment gets lapsed due to this, we are about to wait for an other 1 week to consult her. I kindly request the administration to keep track of this and at least try sending a single msg before we start coming over there if doctor is late and held up with other operations or something. We women literally have patience less husband's nowdays..Can't get scoldings often due to this :)-:)-:)-
