patient aged 78 , had a fall and fracture. First Doctor assured the patient that we will take care. Diagnosed the patient, though we had MRI reports with us, he simply went on to personal examination and found the problem which is aggravated condition of the earlier problem at L4, L5. explained various options of treatment, inquired about the patients lifestyle and suggested the simplest of treatment -( physiotherapy) first and assured that if problem persist after 7 days of physio strengthening what we should do next also explained. in our opinion, a doctor should have a patient hearing of patient's problems first and then proceed. This is what the doctor did. Nice. assuring doctor who infuse confidence in the patients mind with detailed analytical information.
