All was good. The doctor had on conversation of our city water shortage and interested topic like cricket which made us feel at home and never felt we are in a clinic. Added to that the hygiene of the clinic music and art plus kind and calm words of staff have a great feel and impressed a lot.

Explanation on issue and treating patient is too good . Everyone is too nice on treating patient. 👍👍👍

After a suspicious mole on my nose began bleeding, I was concerned. After a quick Google search of "Bleeding mole", I was scared. I booked an appointment with Dr. Sasikumar Muthu right away on Practo and am so glad I did.

He was able to see me promptly. I completed the initial questionnaire via tablet, which was cool. My appointment started on time. After an initial introduction and a quick look at my mole, the Dr. used his expertise, experience, and compassion to talk me down from my panicked state. After some tests, we booked my procedure for the following evening.

The procedure went well and was relatively pain free. The nurse was super friendly and professionally, getting me set up in the room. The Dr. chatted me up during the procedure to take my mind off of it, which was very helpful. Afterwards stitched me up and gave me some after care instructions. All said and done, I was in and out within an hour.

After a week it was time to get the stitches out. I arrived and the Dr was, as usual, able to see me on time. This has been the most prompt and punctual healthcare experience I have ever had!

The Dr. cautioned me that there may be a scar after this procedure. FInally, he was wrong for once! :). The procedure and stitches were so well done that there is zero scarring and you could never even tell a mole was there.

Overall, I 100% recommend Dr. Sasikumar Muthu. ******** professional, and likeable. The procedure itself was affordable, convenient, and effective.

Hello,I was facing a major, rather chronic hair fall problem post my episode of covid. I must tell that it was horrible experience to witness the amount of hair i was shedding everyday. But glad to have found and connected with a specialist like Dr Sasikumar Muthu.I have been going to him for past several months now and I can already tell the difference in my hair and how i feel about my hair fall. The hair falling has not only reduced completely but i also see the new hair growth which is motivating and encouraging.Dr Sasikumar is not just a brilliant doctor because of how he addresses a problem, goes into the root cause of it and tries to solve it but he also extremely honest, reliable and genuine. Dr. Sasikumar Muthu is a total professional in his area of expertise. After analyzing my hair issue, he was quite frank on his findings which I appreciate very much.

But my only regret was the reception staff who failed to advise me of the availability of the prescribed medicine at the clinic.

I had spent two days trying to get the medicines prescribe by the doctor, from the pharmacies around the city and non of them had the medicines. Only when I called the clinic to convey my disgust in not able to get the medicines I was told it is available at the clinic.

Amazing experience with Dr.Sasikumar, he was an extremely knowledgeable doctor. He explained the issue and the result with utmost practicality.
