I advise all people who prefer this doctor for the reason you visit to be very patient first.

Taking my wife for treatment right from beginning till my kid birth was kind of great experience i had. While I understand everyone would tell about waiting time and other staffs behaviour you will understand that later stages as to why that waiting. Doctor used to prioritise her appointment on case to case basis.

This is happened in our scenario as well while during 3rd month chk up we were on time for our appointment unfortunately Doctor Mam as to run back for a delivery case. While from our side if v look that we were to wait for long time but if v look based on priority that emergency case is important which the Mam would take right call. Similarly during my wife labour pain time the same Doctor Mam prioritised the my wife case while I could notice appointment ppl visiting down for consultation.

In these situations I would rather advised reception staffs to inform appointment ppl that it wld take time so atleast they can take call whether to wait or visit next day.

Doctor Mam is very clear enough to explain everything despite few would be in medical terms however making their patients clear is what I have seen during my wife labour days. What more i need finally when my wife gave a normal delivery which the doctor Mam is very specialised for.

Doctor is very friendly nd keenly listening us with patience.She s resolving all our queries very politely.But only negative point s taking too much time to see a patient.its very horrible to wait for her till d midnight leaving my 1st babe(who s just one nd half yrs old) at home.Even for showing reports also we need to wait for hours nd collecting consultation fee for showing report s very bad.Online appointment s not a good one since we need to book sharply at 12'o clk .till tat time we should awake nd wait for booking but many times if v book on time also we r getting token no. more than 30.Need to improvise d appointment process by providing prior booking on our comfortable day.Staffs r friendly,especially receptionist nd lab technicians,good hospitality nd hospital s maintaining very cleanely.

A trusted advisor for me and my wife.. we believe her like anything. my wife had ectopic pregnancy 7 months back.. she proved her professionalism and expertise in saving my wife's (papitha) fallopian tube without surgery. she gave us all positive energy.. as far as I have seen her she has always been so polite to all her staffs and patients. one commendable feedback about her is she pictorially explain the educated and even uneducated people/patients the functionality/ disorder of a system. this makes us get a clear picture of our illness.. she is goddess for us..thanks sandy mam..

Good things first:Doctor is really good in listening patiently and answering all our questions very nicely n softly. But the good things stop there. I've been visiting the doctor since my 3rd month of pregnancy and I'm into the 33rd week now. So far, 3 scans and 3 blood tests, all in different weeks. and more tests and scan is advised into the following weeks. Alternate weeks will have lab tests and every month, a scan. If thats normal, I'm ok with it.

1. Punctuality: What is that? Our night mare starts with the long waiting , seriously in count of hours.. Morning tokens of practo will normally be attended in the afternoon and the evening tokens in the late night.. No body cares about your appointment time in the practo..3-4 hours for a token 12 or 6-7 hours for token 36 from your slotted time. Its like IRCTC tatkal ticket booking at 7am, but a waited list always.

2. Staff Behaviour: Please never expect a basic courtesy of a smile , forget the good language from the staff esp, reception & attenders in the lab).. I dont want to name those staff here.. You can find synonymous to "rude", "unprofessional","lethargic".

Finally I am worried whether to continue for my delivery here or move out to some other place, only because of the staff behaviour. Finally, A good Doctor cannot be the only reason to make a hospital good to great. Its the teamwork *** **** **** **** ***** *** **** ****** *******

I'm blessed to have such a kind Doctor. She is very polite in explaining the problem and answering my questions. I have approached her only on the 8th month of my pregnancy. She studied me clearly *** **** ** * ***** ********** Now I'm blessed with a girl baby in a normal delivery. Thank you Jesus for showing me such a good doctor.

Doctor had great patience while explaining the problem. Reaction time to the critical issue was very quick. Excellent service, patient friendly hospital, cleanliness, well maintained infrastructure, great service nurses, they also capture images to show problem areas during operation. **** ********* ********* Cost was little expensive.

My experience with the doctor is extremely good in all aspects. What bothers most patients visiting the is their waiting time. It's too much most people leave without visiting the doctor at all. If they can manage time and respect patient's time also I can very well give a five-star rating. I stay nearby hospital but it makes it difficult for those come by bus as they are patients well into midnight too without any thought of how they would reach their home this late.

Our experience was awesome where she spends time in explaining each and every query that we had and also explains in a way that no others I mean no other doctors explained. Totally we are happy and would recommend my friends and family to consult her.

Sandy Madam is more than a doctor /consultant..She gives confidence to her patients....This hospital provides hassle free test labs and cleanliness of the premise also good.. Waiting time may be reduced if we properly plan our appointment and regular followup with receiption..I strongly recommend Sandy madam

Dr.Sandy is a very good and excellent professional doctor;takes time for every single patient in which she explains in such a simple way that even a lay person can understand easily.Most valuable to have a doctor like this.Its worth to wait in the OP to meet her for consultation.Thank you.
