more..Suffering from chronic lower back ache was finding difficult to walk, drive or sit for a prolonged time was referred to the great doctor Venkataraman Swaminathan . MRI study report revealed disc dessication of lumbar spine L4-L5/L5-S1. I was asked to practise two pain relieving exercise and three spine strengthening exercise . Just in span time of three days I became normal and able to move around , sit and travel without any pain. Doctor very patiently explained the problem and was really helpful. I would really recommend the doctor for patients with acute back ache. Thank you Dr,Venkataraman
