I hd undergone surgery here past 7 months back. Since I had continuous pain, I happened to visit hospital. Shown the id number. Doctor at duty refused to see me. Funniest and irritating part is I got the reply that they cannot trace the details of treatment from the system. Unfortunate this is fully computerised management and Iso hospital.
