I don't know to what extent he understands the suffering (because trust me if u don't have it, u simply can't) but he had the utmost courtesy and patience to acknowledge it and listen to what i said. It must have taken him few minutes to make the prognosis but he never interrupted and let me finish. I respect him for that. I have been to several psychiatrists in Chennai, ** ** ********** *** ***** ****** **** ***** ***** ******* * *** above all he is a good person.

He listens patiently to the patient as well as parents to know about the real underlying problems. He is very friendly. What you pay is worth. We had already spent one lakh for his psychiatric treatment in another clinic in Tenampet where diagnosis is wrong and so no improvement at all. After taking the treatment here with Dr. Gopinath patient is improving better now.

Doctor listens to you completely in a non-judgmental way. Helps one understand what's going on. He simplifies the problem in a way that a layperson can understand. He doesn't hesitate to modify the drug management to get better results. I'd highly recommend this doctor.

I was experiencing a very low phase when I came to sir. I was highly suicidal. Then finally my mom took me to sir. During the first visit I was totally comfortable to share my thoughts. He made me feel very comfortable to talk about my dark thoughts of killing myself. Then after a single visit itself I could see visible changes in my life. I was feeling happy after a very long time. Doctor Mr. Gopinath is very punctual in his service & with friendly attitude. I had chronic health issue and had diagnosis with many docs in past but that has not helped me much with their medications. But, Mr. Gopinath has diagnosed me with correct illness & also prescribed the ***** combination of medicines. I am feeling better than before after 2 weeks of medication. Recently had taken my aunt for problems of sadness and loneliness. She became dull after a financial loss. No one could console her. Nothing was working. This doctor really changed the picture. Thank God. He was very calm, composed in dealing with her issues. She could reveal more because she felt comfortable with his approach. He made it clear on our misconceptions and compassionately taught us how to deal with current situation and how to recognize warning signs. Now that's very crucial for one to keep good health.
