I and my little one had amazing experience with Dr. Roshan Rayen. My wife and myself worrying about my kid ( Vansh Mittal) dental problem and pain he was having. Doctor has taken extreme care and carried out treatment based on comfort and response of my kid. Supporting doctors and other staff were also friendly and explaining all doubts patiently. In fact in case of emergency on Sunday i have been given personal mobile no sothat i can reach to doctor at any point of time. Have always been happy with the quality of medical service but this time, the entire process of scheduling and appointment was very disappointing. There was no guidance to schedule our follow up visit. The front office staff werent particularly polite when scheduling the appointment. My appointment time was changed and then changed back. We were a few minutes late for the appointment and were told that the Dr had left as there was a big surgery elsewhere. If the Dr had decided that we were worth only a few minutes of his time (as he would have anyway had to leave in a few minutes even if we had been on time), that is disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

My daughter is 5yrs old her dental health was very weak and cavities around 12 teeth out of 20 milk teeth...am very upset with that..After taking treatment like dental filling and RCT ,Teeth are protected getting more infection..teeth was completetly cleaned and procedure done under GA...we were afraid of that procedure but Dr.Roshan sir clearly explained ...about GA and dental procedures...now we are happy about my daughter dental health and also they guide for good oral health...thank you sir...👍
