I am having back pain problem which I feel is mostly due to the mattress I am currently using. I would like to know what kind of mattress (and made of what material) I should use to reduce my back pain.

I was diagnosed hypothyroidism in jan this year. I took homoeopathic treatment but it did not help. Then in may my TSH was 15, I consulted a family gynae, she advised me thyronorm fifty mg daily empty stomach. Now yesterday my TSH was 5.44. What should I do now? Do I have to take medicine all my life?

My dad had an injury and developed an ulcer in his right great toe for which he got his wound debridement and the wound healed well . Now he has developed an abscess which is not painful . But ter s pus collection on his great toe with soft tissue swelling . His sugar levels r moderately high . He's on short and long acting insulin and OHA . His previous wound culture reports showed pseudomonas aeruginosa growth . I'm worried about the present condition that it might spread to bone .

My mother is a diabetic patient with 4 years, currently having medicine- Tribetrol 1 forte for last 2 months, her fasting sugar is now 127 and post parandial is 170. Kindly suggest whether the medicine is good for long consumption and how my mom can do better, she is bit overweight (95 kg).

Is diabetes transferable by blood? I do not have diabetes. But my father does. Accidently I cut my finger by blade which my father used for shaving! Is that a problem? Is diabetes transferable?

Since a month I've been experiencing pain in my legs starting from my knees till the shin bone. I feel like the bones in my body have become weak. Slight pressure on any part and I develop pain which lasts a few mins. My Bmd report seems normal. I have vitamin b12 (62) and vitamin d (16) deficiency. Is my bone health related to these deficiencies ?
