Firstly after several years of going through depression/mood swing & anxiety related aspects , I decided to make a change in consulting a different Doctor , so it was not a easy one . Although I was initially referred to someone else , basis some quick internet check and proximity to home , I decided to meet Ramya Doctor. I am thankful to god as that the decision honestly for me was life changing one and towards the better . Her simplicity , personal connect , clear communication , approachability , willingness to hear you out , always taking you into confidence on treatment steps made all the difference and I feel much better after a years treatment . In spite of the COVID lock down , as soon as possible she was available for online consultation / review which I should say is a boon to many . Although I still have my ups and downs on an off , Doctor's continued to support & guidance makes a difference and I am more confident about managing my life situations now than ever before . She one of those whom once you meet it takes away the stigma of usually consulting a psychiatrist and gives the trust that you are with the right person and have someone to hear you out always .
