One small suggestion is he can set up google calendar just to mark which days he is out of city and share that information link in confirmation of appointments, so that patients can plan visits instead of troubling the doctor at the last minute. Recently, I got Gynecomastia surgery done by Dr.Rajkumar. I thank God that I landed in the hands of Dr.Rajkumar. He is such a wonderful human being..so empathetic with patients in explaining the ailment in the language easily understandable by a common man. He is accessible easily and does not mind talking over phone. The nursing staff are very kind and I felt as if I was getting home-care when I was staying in the hospital. Dr.Vijaya Shankari is equally kind and she visits the in-patients regularly. Overall, I got excellent care at this hospital.
