All over good but hospital timing is not good doctor visit time we are not satisfied

Otherwise doctor feels like friend good environment

Hii mam u arr so friendly and polite to ur patients. I loved that so much. But the same is not happening in case of ur staff. They are very rude towards patients. At first they speak very well during the time of explanation of treatment and the cost of treatment and all these things. But once the money is paid they are literally treating patients as dogs. From patients psychology we feel that to meet the doctor when we visit the hospital. But there ia one staff member. I dont know her name but she behaves as if she is a doctor. This is my 4th visit to the hospital till now and i have seen that she had rejected so many patients to meet the doctor and despite of that she gives a very rude reply. Whenever we say something that we need to meet the doctor for the concern problem she simply says that thus is not an issue there will be no problem. Thats it she is suggesting as if she is a doctor. I feel that every patient is paying a huge amount for treatment so they deserve a right to meet the doctor each and every time they visit the hospital. There may or may not be use of meeting a doctor but that gives mental satisfaction to patients. And firstly if i can suggest i will suggest u to change the staff and say them to be polite towards patinets. And many of them also feel good when they receive a prescription from doctor herself rather than staff member. Hope we will see these changes in coming days. But coming to u there is not even a single defect which i can mention in this comment. Mam you are absolutely good towards the patients and u receive them the way they wanted to be received. I have suggested so many people to come here and i keep on suggesting. But i feel these are the negatives which can decrease your reputation even though they are not your negatives.

First of all, the wait time was more . It was like around 1 and half hr although appointment confirmation was taken 2 hrs before.

And the reason for consulting was for face acne in my case. Even after paying consultation fee of Rs 550/- , first i was made to speak regarding the problem with another lady (who was therapist/doctor not sure) with whom my out-patient-card was present and she told me like its written skin polishing as treatment mentioned in the card.

Later, i have explained that i came for acne treatment she told like all will be covered in skin polishing and given the fee structure of skin poilishing as per sittings and said if you are okay with fee incurring we will make you visit doctor for further examination.

She didnt even check my skin and no physical examination done... !!!!

Added to that , i have asked will there be any chemical peel process treatment applicable in my case, Even to this question she said it will be covered in skin polishing.

I have not asked skin polishing in the call while booking appointment.

Even if there was mis-communication , atleast while interaction point should have been focused.

After all this , i have asked the lady will i have chance to meet the doctor, she replied "NO" in your case and the consultation is limited till this interaction as you are not willing to pay and go for skin polishing treatment.

**** *** ******* ** What Kind of response is this !!!!!! does this mean the Rs 550/- is collected only to give information on fee structure of irrelevant service which i haven't asked at all.

And fee structure was not well explained , like in a sitting what kind of treatment will be given , after every sitting what is expected as outcome ,

why treatment is needed and how many sittings might require ( a rough estimation specific to person being treated).

AND if this clinic's team says SKIN POLISHING is needed for acne treatment , why the services offered have " Acne treatment" displayed in the menu . *** ******** ****** ***** ***** *************************************************************************************

Also the out-patient-card broucher is having chemical peels ****** **** ** ******* *** **** ********* * mentioned under " Non surgical Cosmetic Care.

A complete loss of time in waiting for nothing.

I have undergone skin treatment for melasma , I'm not sure whether its melasma or not in less than minute of examine doctor confirmed the treatments and suggested some blood tests just for billing purpose . I visited this clinic as my forehead is getting tanned.

i have undergone treatment from January 2022 to May 2022 after 5 months of treatment i can 100% guarantee its complete spending money with zero results . I spent 35k for 5 sessions and more than 15k for medicines total 50K vanished . I have taken 4 sessions and i haven't visited for 5th session anyhow its no use , as i already paid for 5 sessions.

She is too good talented and she gave useful treatment to me overall useful treatment for hair loosing

One of the bad hospitality and reception. They don’t even plan the appoints. There isn’t any appointment system. I contacted them a day before and asked for the appointment. They said by evening I will receive a confirmation message, which I didn’t. I clearly informed them that I’m coming to Hyd for this purpose. On the immediate next day I received a call at 10:40 AM from the clinic saying “doctor is her you come off”. I explained them that I just reached Hyd, by 12:30PM I can or I would be at the clinic. Which they have acknowledged and said okay sir pls come.

When reached at the clinic 12:30 PM, they asked me to come after 2:30PM as the doctor is busy with other patients and surgeries. They didn’t even inform me that the doctor asked them to inform me to come after 2:30PM.

What sort of system is this ?

Were they calling a friend? Like “Mama vachai!”

Isn’t there any appointment system? I traveled all 300+ KMs for this and in Hyd I traveled from 30-40 mins + to 30-40 mins for this? This is the bad experience which I have ever experienced in my entire life regards to doctor’s and their appointments system.

And ultimately the receptionist isn’t even sorry for this case.

My appointment was at 1pm ..I went to the clinic at 12.55pm ..I have waited till 1.30pm for doctor but after 1.30 the staff were saying that doctor is busy it will take time to her to come to clinic and they asked me to come at 2pm..I have travelled from kondapur to Jubilee Hills branch ..

Explanation and doctor friendliness is most satisfactory, but other things like below are not patient friendly

1. upfront single payment is not good, need to give us the option to pay for each visit, so that it will not have burden

2. Adding 2% extra for card payment, is very much annoying and extra burden on patient

3. Govt. Encouraging for digital payment , because of additional 2% charge , people may think on digital payment

4. Treatment for serving n third visit is not upto the mark.

I had consulted the doctor as I had hair loss . she explained very well for what's the my situation and doctor and front staff was very friendly . doctor checked my report she said PRP treatment enuf for my hair . i said okay , she explained treatment fees . she said checkup and spot payment 27000 / if extend its comes 31000 / if you want to pay 2 installments its comes 37000 . I think prices are little bit high . next week I will go and take treatment after that I will give feedback for my result .

2.All the staff who r working here also very friendly & polite..they will see us like a normal person because they are aware about psoriasis & treats very nicely

I went to here to take PRP treatment for psoriasis but for that they suggested some ointments & phototherapy, but instead of psoriasis they mainly focused on hair's 3.completely given treatment for HAIR LOSS & REGROWTH.... So what i am suggesting is if u want to take PRP treatment for HAIR LOSS & REGROWTH then 100% i will suggest to go here ... If u r concerned about psoriasis u may get some suggestions but PRP TREATMENT for PSORIASIS loss of money ( if u r suffering with scalp psoriasis still i suggest & psoriasis on your body then not recommended)
