1. After all the research done, Dr. Radhakrishnan Patta had one of the best reviews. It was very much true. Pros - Listens to patient about their issues in minute details. His experience can be felt with his postive approach and so many medals and shields of honors proves it further. A very experienced doctor in the field of gastroenterology and gastro surgeon and a lot of interns can benefit from him with his wife knowledge in the field

2. Dr. Harris from Sims emergency care department, a very good friend and a well wisher who guided me throughout the course of surgery as well

3. Honorable mention is Dr. Asha Rajan in clinical gastroenterology was the ice breaker thoughout the course of surgery. When I was unsure about the process and happenings during the test phase as well as through out the journey at hospital, she really turned everything well with her presence of positivity, confidence in delivery and clarifying the issues. She is best at what she does. Kudos to her patient handling skills.

4. Nurse Sahaya Diwani is another honorable mention. She is a hero in nurse uniform. Helped in taking care of my father, easily handled tedious job, helped in understanding the final summary. Explains multiple times if something is not clear in the final reports as well

5. Finally, how can I miss mentioning security person Mr. Palani, down to earth person who made sure right people are available outside the operation theatre and manages the waiting area well.

6. Lastly, the surgery itself was estimated to be very high, but the final bill was half of what was estimated. Had insurance and it made expense a bit easy. Intial testing and other consulting several other doctors was kind of expensive in the beginning, then realised it was worth it as this hospital makes sure they are always ready for worse

Bottomline - Even if I had few issues in the beginning, some of the above mentioned doctors, nurses and floor staffs foreshadowed the other issues.

Dr. Patta Radhakrishna was very nice and politely understood my suffering. He explained everything clearly after the examination. I am thankful to him.
