Dr. Nithyaa Ramamurthy

She is a qualified experienced and skilled doctor. My wife had problem with fallopian tube choke, it was resulting in fertility issue. All other doctors said it can not be cured. Dr Nithya help my wife to get cured with proper medicines and when all doctors were recommended us for IVF Dr Nithya help us to conceive naturally .she also closely monitored development of the baby through whole pregnancy. There was a critical condition due to amniotic fluid low level she took right decision of surgery and saved our baby

I booked my slots in Practo but patience are not sending as per the practo slots... upon checking with Receptionist.... she is highly attitude person... her response was really not so professional... simplyshowing face on us to make us wait for an hour.

We have visited for IUD placement on 6th day of menstruation... but Doctor told she will do this procedure in 2nd day of period only... before visiting doctor we have clearly told to nurse that its 6th day and we came for IUD placement. Nobody was told this procedure should be only done on 2nd day.... They have charged 600 consultation and 100 for registration fees... However doctor Nithya was well experienced and she explained clearly... fortis malar should act to retain their reputation instead of charging consultation fees for nothing. If people are coming without awareness they should instrut property must educate their employees to treat everyone with respect!

Dr.nithya treated me very well.I was completely satisfied with the monthly checkups.everything was taken care off perfectly.the last ten months flew so quickly.doctor waited patiently and didn't rush a bit.doctor explained each everything before she was going to treat me.doctor took very good care from the 1st visit till the operation. Even the operation was taken good care. I did not have any difficulties. She took care of me like a mother. All the nurses were very helpful during my 3 days recovery in the hospital. Overall a good experience that I will remember.

The first issue which really irritated me was the presence of 4 extra people besides the doctor. Either they were trainee doctors who were getting experience or assistants. My objection is that, my health problems should be private and discussed only with the doctor. To make it worse there was man among this trainees. I have no issues with male gynaecologists but not when they are not main consultant but just a trainee.

If it was charitable institution and I am receiving free treatment, I can accept many things but not when I am paying a premium in a top rated hospital.

Dr. Nithyaa was polite and nice and obviously very competent and experienced. Though she was a wee bit pushy about selling women health checkup packages. The attendant was literally ticking off the tests but I refused to buy those packages.

So to sum it up, I need more privacy when I meet a doctor that too a gynaecologist since I am NOT comfortable about sharing my intimate health details with group of people who are not a panel of senior doctors.

Having said so, I have visited Fortis many times and in all the occasion the doctors were quite genuine and never pushed me for taking up multiple tests. Even Nithya is very experienced and competent. So I shall visit Fortis but not sure if I would consult Dr. Nithyaa Ramamurthy specially if her cabin is filled with extra people. I need complete privacy when I am discussing my health with a doctor..

During September 2013, My Annan(Satheesh) and Anni consulted her for the delivery of their first child. Most of the prepartum diagnosis went well except for a minor gestational diabetic issue with Anni. During doctor's delivery procedure, the baby's hand got damaged during pullout, due to which he is not able to straighten his hand till now(Dec-2017). My brother and Anni have now moved to Australia in search of better healthcare since multiple surgeries were not able to rectify the damage. Not recommending the doctor *** ** ******** ********* ******* *** ***** *********

Excellent Care throughout the delivery phase.All the small problems were recognised at the earlier stage and treatment is given and it was very effective. Doctors and nurses were too kind in assisting and giving necessary care. Personal attention is been given. Phone call advice helped for better care. Its been an wonderful and more satisfactory experience with doctor and her team in labor room. Thank you doctor and malar hospital for all the care you gave me for a fearless and painless delivery and acting deligently in last minute with uing every second of time as a precious one.

We had a bad experience with this doctor & team recently. My wife had * ****** normal delivery, ******* * ****** ***** ****** ****** * **** ********** ******* ** *** ******** **** *** *** ** * **************** ********* *** ***** *** *** ** ******* * ******** ******** I wouldn't expect this from an experienced doctor, and there was no transparency when clarity was seeked. I would not recommend this doctor from my experience

There was no proper redressal , the intention was only to make us take further tests and scan. The attitude of doctor did not feel comforting the patient but actually scared the patient *** **** * ***** ******** ** **** *** *** ********* ************ ** *******

this is my first pregnancy with little complication during delivery time. she made my pregnancy so easy ,she gives time to listen all my queries and clarifies it.even if there are many patients waiting outside, she will not neglect you or check you in hurry. i am really happy that i chose her as my gyno for my first pregnancy.and more over she is very very friendly and so kind very good experience doctor

Waiting period was really high. My appointment was at 11 AM but it was 12 PM when the doctor arrived. So it was a major drawback. Apart from that everything was fine. ********* *** ******** ********* *** ********* *** ********* Would recommend the doctor for sure.
