Happy with: Doctor friendliness
Dr. Manigandan was the doctor who came on rounds to assess the health of my newborn in cloudnine.
He is very calm and explains the gist very well. Always asks if we have any doubts and takes time to understand what we have to say and respond suitably.
I would recommend Dr. Manigandan because if 3 important factors that are striking to me:-
1. Doctor friendliness and approachability
2. Professionalism and conduct
3. Timings the doctor can be visited at (10-5 at cloudnine which is uber convenient) and the fact that the doc shares his contacts with you without you having to ask him is just amazing. Very reassuring and helpful.
Thank you Dr!

*** ********** ** *** ** *** **** ******* ****** ** *** ******* *********** He is very approachable. Initially he gave first aid medicine for my daughter's illness over phone as it occurred at night where in I could not take her to doctor. Later on the next day he examined my child and gave prompt treatment. He doesn't panics the parent and put them under stress by over exaggerating a health issue unlike few other doctors. He doesn't give medications or antibiotics unless really required. He remembers patients history and enquires about the well being of the child in due course of time. Which is so considerate and friendly.

I've met the Dr 2 years back when there was a conflict with another pediatrician and he specially handled the situation with ease and to our complete satisfaction. Consulted him today and he is still the same warm and friendly pediatrician who is very patient with kids and truly caring. I would recommend him for all pediatric needs.
Dr Manigandan is always warm and gives his little patient at most care and concentration. He also encourages parents to ask questions regarding the child's health and overall development and answers all queries with at most patience which I think is the best in him. I would strongly recommend him.

Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issue
The doctor carried out a good clinical examination. However, when engaging with a 4-months old he was not very friendly and quite aloof.
He asked me (the mother) questions about my lifestyle possibly with the right intentions but came across as intrusive. Why did I have to go back to work? What kind of care support do I have at home?
I supplement formula with expressed breast milk because the baby has never been able to latch. Whilst he did not probe the choice, he did suggest that we introduce solids for the baby starting now simply because I supplement! I found that weird. My previous paediatrician in Bengaluru was perfectly ok with everything so long as the baby is thriving - which she is. When I tried asking why, ** *** *** ***** *** unwilling to elaborate. He also skipped a vaccine but did not explain why. I had to go back and ask the nurse later.
