We visited Dr. Mala Raj for my problem of pregnancy. Doctor treats her patients very well and she takes good care of the patients also.
Doctor analysed our problem and prescribed few medicines and politely guided us how to take these tablets. Initially no test were done, only vitamin tablets were given. Analysed for the problems between me and my husband.
The clinic is well maintained and she prescribes a better and high reactive tablets. I would recommend this doctor to all needy people.
Consultation fee of the doctor is reasonable and affordable when compared to other doctors around the area.

Dr. Mala Raj is very kind in nature. She is very friendly. She is not charging consultation fee for every visit. Very active in her work. She is very hard working doctor. Myself and my wife watched her many times she could not sit ideal even for few seconds. Though she is a chief doctor in the Hospital, we can easily contact her over the phone. Actually, we are in the process of taking IVF treatment with her. Initially, my wife was very much worried for taking this treat. But Dr. Mala Raj gave more confidence and courage to my wife for taking this treat. Now myself and my wife have more confidence that we will successfully complete our treatment in this hospital in the direction of Dr. Mala Raj.
Thank you once again to Dr. Mala Raj.

Hoped for better:Â Treatment satisfaction
#triggeralert
I had huge respect on the doctor, however I'm very unsure of the duty doctors , and the team! I had GD during my pregnancy and been visiting her ever since my first month! Dreams were shattered when we knew my baby passed away in my 35weeks. It was on feb3
On Jan 2nd when I went for my regular check up, they found variation in my baby's heart beat and took CTG immediately , everything happened within minutes and admitted me immediately.. in a day I was discharged as things came back to normal.
From Feb 2nd night I found a difference in my baby's movement and I went to the hospital on Feb 3rd morning.. it was a sunday , the duty doctor checked and said everything is normal, but get admitted! I requested for CTG and scan as I remember it was done immediately when I went the previous month without having any complaints but now I have a complaint of less movents and still they said it will be done the next day.. there was no one in the hospital other than few nurses and duty doctors. I told them I'll come back after my lunch and get admitted as I stay close by and the duty doctor let me go! I again requested a CTG before I left and I was told it will be done tomo for sure.. I went home , had my lunch, I came back at 3pm , I was waiting in the reception and rooms were ready and I was asked to go-to the room. Me and my husband requested to check the heart beat and unfortunately we couldn't find the heart beat..
Almost untill 5.30 the duty doctor and the nurses were searching for the heartbeat, I was taken to do CTG at around 4.50pm and no one knew to operate CTG.. I was made to wait and finally the nurse informed Dr.Malaraj she arrived at 5.30 and in two mins she said the baby has died !
Later scan was arranged and the scan doctor declared the baby is no more, though everything seems to be normal, it's unfortunate. The scan doctor said the water level is normal, there is no chord , she said may be it's cos of GD however my sugar levels were completely under control..
I delivered normally the next day evening at 7.20 ! It was a sweet little girl , it was very painful to have delivered a motion less baby however the hospital authorities treated the baby really bad, covering the baby in the plastic cover and put the baby over the dustbin all in front of my eyes.. I begged the nurse to not do that!!
It took a lot of time for me to recover and realise what happened to me.. I felt the hospital could have been more cautious, as a mom, I did not anticipate anything bad to happen but I felt they could have been more attentive and more cautious! Also to notice that my last scan report was misplaced as another mother's during my 29 weeks scan ***** ***** * ***** ** ** * *** ******* ** *** ***** ** ********
I went to the doctor later after a month and explained everything that happened, however the doctor accused me that i did not get admitted and it was totally my fault ! She was never willing to listen ** ****** *** ***** **** *** **** ******** *
I'm writing this after so many months, analysing everything that happened and I strongly feel if they had done CTG or scan when I went in the morning on feb3 , it would have been my baby's birthday and not her death day, we could have saved my little girl!! My discharge summary says the cause of death as chord around the neck *** * **** ** **** *** *** **** **** ** *** ***** ** *** ****** **** ***** ** *********
It could be my fate but I feel the hospital could have been atleast handled the baby understanding what a mom was going thru!! And giving another mom's scan report in your name is like truly unacceptable..

The only problem is the waiting time. They give a time allotted but it takes 2 hours. Please do something for that.

It was a pleasant experience with Dr.malaraj
Right from the day one she treated my wife
With care and precise treatment was given to Her.
Doctor suggested her for laproscopy. We followed her advise and proceeded
For laproscopy. Eventually the following
Month we got the expected result.
Our heartfelt thanks to Dr.malalaraj
And the whole team of FIRM hospital
.
Myself and my wife went for a consultation , she was really kind enough to ask for the problem and explained each step of how actually the problem would have occurred
Gave me a couple of medicines and referred me to a doctor for further check up, the way she spoke and made us understand was simple amazing and I would recommend personally
Dr. Mala Raj was very good, friendly and polite enough to listen to the problem and analyse the reasons and also provided the best treatment.
I had a minor problem which is resolved and I am very happy with the experience of doctor.Doctor prescribed few tablets and medicines which healed me quickly without any side effects.
The clinic premises and environment is very well maintained along with a set of well trained staff who take good care of the patients at the waiting hall and laboratory.
Waiting time was too much. Also she charged me 5k to write a prescription. For medical termination of pregnancy. Too expensive. Will never recommend.
It was my decision to terminate my preg and how can she penalise me for that???
I made a mistake of visiting this place.
not worth it
Thanks
