Try to follow sundaram medical foundation for appointments bill payment etc. There they issue tokens for appointment fixed patients and after seeing the doctor only they receive doctor's consultation fee.

Not interactive with the patient. If the doctor interact with the patient in a right way, half the illness is gone. In this case he does not speak much, and the charges are also high,.
