We indeed sought a second opinion at his clinic. Upon entering the room, he quickly identified the issue concerning my wife's illness and attentively assessed our health concerns.

He reviewed our prior case records and examined the scanned images.

He recommended that we continue with the previous medication prescribed by Dr. Srinivas (neurologist) and added a few additional medications. After two days, my wife is feeling better now.

The staff could respond in a polite and friendly manner when questioned about his/ her turn to see the dr and not be rude on the face/

The staff could respond in a polite and friendly manner when questioned about his/ her turn to see the dr and not be rude on the face/ feel offended. Moreover, pin pointing a patient using eye signals and conversing about the patient amongst the staffs is quite inappropriate and could be avoided. Giving preference to certain patients to gate crash should preferably be brought to dr’s notice for his discretion. It shouldn't be the staff’s decision, as it may seem unfair for other patients who are waiting with various other constraints. Most often patients come with pain and anguish, it is important for the staff to be sensitive, and respectful towards them.
