1. I was very worried about my wisdom tooth extraction procedure as it was mentioned in the reports that the tooth was just on top of a nerve and the procedure would be quite complex.2. Earlier I consulted 2 dentists, each suggested me a different treatment path.- 1st dentist told me that the procedure would require a hospital set up under general anesthesia.- 2nd dentist told me that although it's a bit complex case but he would be able to do it in his chamber under local anesthesia.3. This difference of opinions made me even more confused, so a good friend of mine suggested me to consult a professional and experienced doctor on Practo.4. This is how I met Dr. Beryl Fredrick. She handled my case very professionally and explained each and every tiny details regarding my case, that too in a very friendly manner.5. Most importantly, Doctor is friendly and has a caring nature.1) Doctor was extremely patient to listen to my queries over video call. 2) Then she asked several questions related to any other teeth, stomach or gums related problems. 3) Asked any medical history/ allergy etc. ,if any4) Asked for photograph of problem area (with help of mobile camera) and also Dr. assisted over video call.5) After checking the photographs as well, again had video call.6) Explained main problem areas of teeth with various home remidies to begin with and followed by detailed prescription with explanation. 7) Followed up - by also helping in prescribing alternative medicines as well (incase unavailable in some areas due to lockdown).8) Enquired about patients health the other days as well.Thanks for your support 😊👍
