I have gone to this Doctor for post surgical reviews (removal of submandibular glands which had a growth ) and I have been a regular patient for the last 3 years. I am able to directly interact with the Doctor over phone and send him whatsapp messages. I call him and fix up an appointment with him keeping in mind his as well as my commitments and then proceed to the hospital. I have never seen irritation in his tone. I have shared lab reports through electronic media and get his inputs when the required tests have been done after the review. I am not treated as a layman and when I ask him questions, I get appropriate explanations.

Having answered all our doubts my wife had no hesitation in asking him to operate on her. He continued to be a pillar of strength and courtesy upto and after the operation, during his post operation visits and subsequent times when my wife had minor complaints. He invariably had a little witticism and a grin for my wife. So far as we can tell, the operation was very satisfactorily done and we are immensely grateful to Dr Balaji.

To whom ever it may concern. The following are my experiences at Apollo speciality hospital, Teynampet. My wife Malathy Kubendiran with UHID AC 09.0000018889 has undergone Jejunal resection surgery for neuroendocrine tumor with nodal metastases by the RECNAC team under the guidance of Dr. R. Balaji on 02. 03. 2020.

Though unexpected complication occurred due to anastomosis, discharged with nasal feeding tube and fluid drain tube on 14. 03. 2020.

Further follow up was taken care by Dr. R. Balaji. We visited the hospital almost on weekly basis, inspite of Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, till the end of May 2020. The special care and attention taken by the Dr. R. Balaji has to be appreciated, otherwise I will be failing from my duty.

Now she is fine and healthy without any problem.
