I have gone to this Doctor for post surgical reviews (removal of submandibular glands which had a growth ) and I have been a regular patient for the last 3 years. I am able to directly interact with the Doctor over phone and send him whatsapp messages. I call him and fix up an appointment with him keeping in mind his as well as my commitments and then proceed to the hospital. I have never seen irritation in his tone. I have shared lab reports through electronic media and get his inputs when the required tests have been done after the review. I am not treated as a layman and when I ask him questions, I get appropriate explanations.
