Surprised to see Dr's giving direct mobile no and they directly follow up with patients post treatment .. Excellent hospital for kids dental care

I take this opportunity to thank Dr. Bala and his team for the treatment that they did for my son with utmost care and response. Though we are quite afraid of doing RC under GA for a small kid about 6.9 yrs old, the doctor explained about the total process, he took big responsibility when we were hesitant in giving GA for him. we are very much glad about his post surgery followups. Doctor was very kind and he was patient enough to let my boy get accustomed to the surroundings. He called us inside for treatment only after letting my boy play there for a while and he got comfortable. We had 'N' number of questions about his treatment plan and he answered them all very patiently. Thank God, our plan to take our kid who is just 4 yrs old to the dentist by using internet reviews alone did not backfire. Our nervousness about the effectiveness of his treatment was definitely gone. Would definitely recommend this doctor.

Mr.balamurugan explained clearly the root cause of the problem and made me clear how to avoid that in the feature. he was very patient with my son while asking if he experience any pain and in getting a reply from him. my son usually is a reserved type but Mr.balamurugan was very friendly with him and my son also felt very convinient in his way. totally my son and myself had a very pleasant visit in pedoplanet.
