Dr Babu Kumar performed endoscopy for my daughter(10 yrs old) to take out the coin she swallowed accidentally. It was a very smooth process right from admission till discharge( all happened in a day's time) in chettinad hospital. My daughter didn't feel any discomfort going through journey and she was normal within 2 hours after the procedure. Im glad that I reached out to the right specialist. Also,given the covid situation, I was initially scared to visit any hospital. But I was comfortable once I saw all precautionary norms put in place. Dr Babukumar and his team were very friendly and supportive and kept me well informed on the activities/procedures that being performed.
more..Consultation with the doctor was good but in practo they have mentioned that there will be no additional charges , but they charged me 600 Rs as registration fees, Doctor suggested us to do some tests , however doctor was not that bad , waiting time was bit more than shown in practo , I had to wait for more than 45 mins for consultation .
