*** ***** ** *** ** *** ***** We went for IUI and in our second cycle, my wife became pregnant with twin boys. Now we have two six month old boys at home. She was courteous, took time to understand us, didn't project any exorbitant treatment protocol at us and based all her decisions on what she felt would be good for us. She has been doing God's work and she has been instrumental in creating happiness in 100s of households. She also delivered our.boys and always followed up on their development thereafter. I will definitely recommend her for anyone who is on the fence when thinking about visiting a fertility specialist. Even during my wife's pregnancy we had a scare with one of our boys as he had a high risk of down syndrome based on the double marker test, she counselled us to get amniocentesis done to make sure the baby was alright. She was more relieved than us when she heard that the baby was fine. Costing is fair and scans are also charged nominally. Delivery expenses were standard as expected in other private hospitals and it is definitely worth it for those who might think that their finances might be a problem. Please visit her if you are thinking about visiting a fertility specialist.

don't have good experience. my appointment was at 7:45pm but I got to meet doctor only after 9pm. the counter staff doesn't care and like robots asking for fee. I asked to clarify about medicine timing but was told in a harsh way, " didn't the doctor explain". the other staff are not at all professional and giggling among them, and don't respond properly. If you have to go this doctor you should be prepared to for more than 2 hours and your appointment time is just for paper sake. Doctor seemed good for first time visit . Can say further after full treatment only.

The wait time was too high we had to spend almost 3 hours in the hospital waiting area which was so conjusted area without AC.

Suggestion:

1) you can give a time(max half hour more or less) after fixing the appointment.

2) you can give a call back for remainding us about the consultation timing

3) Waiting area can be bit improved by minimising the patients waiting( It can be done by following the first 2 points)

4) Do not allow bypass

5) The ambiance in the waiting area can be improved by using ventilation, air conditioning, Room freshners.

6)Medicines can be given with little discounts bcos all the madicines are sold in MRP where you can have the with discount from opposite shop.

We went to Metro clinic for pregnancy checkup and it was a nice experience with Dr. Aruna Ashok.

Her way of approach with positive smile and engouraging words along with detailed analysis of our baby growth gave more confident about the baby and the pregnancy.

A Dr should have the capability of identifying the patients health condition/issues and the treatment should be based on that and she fulfilled it as per our observation.

We are very happy about their service/approach during the time of checkups. Surely I recommened to my friends.

Wishing them to continue their great service.

A kind suggestion from our end

1) Is to consider the waiting time of the patients since it is taking bit more.

2) Can make a practice of allowing the patients on the scheduled time, who took prior appointment through Practo or other sites.

Since some persons can’t able to make the physical presence too early. This is causing long waiting time.

She is so kind and trustworthy person.... Make everyone comfortable when people come to visit her... I feel that she loves every patient and gives confident when visitors have worried about their health.. She is free to explain the things when patient wants to know in depth about their issue which is too good since it is lacking in many doctors.

She was absolutely nice about it.she explained clearly that I need not be worried about it at all. She has written a few tests to decide whether further treatment is reqd. Usually we are dumped with a series of tests, required or not, but she didn't do that.

We have been childless for many years.Mentally and physically affected without a baby everybody knows that.

After consulted Dr.Aruna the way of treatment is excellent not only that treating with affection that is the main motive of the doctor.

Now we got male baby with 2 years old all credit goes to Dr Aruna ashokkumar.

Aruna mam is god for me. **** ************* * **** **** **** such a wonderful human being. This page is not enough to describe about my aruna mam and the sisters in the hospital. All were lovely persons. I suggest aruna mam for all ur fertility issues. Love u loads mam. Thank you for being a part in my life mam.

Doctors(Aruna, Sharada, Shwetha, Padmashree) here are very good and they are able to give time to hear out our concerns and come out with solutions. The best part of the treatment is the hospitality given by the team of nurses ( Malar, Hari Priya, Alex, renuka, Divya, Diana and Rupa). They gave extreme support to help us to come out of many little concerns. I would rather say, they are not nurses they are angels to help people to come out of some complications.

I have always been able to talk to the Doctor Aruna at A4 Hospital and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family
