During the lockdown it was really difficult to reach out to a next door person...even the hospital helped in getting the contact of the doctor and was able to speak to the doctor easily and and was approachable even after my father met him...He was polite and post the scan reports I was able to reach doctor over phone and his polite way of replying was really good which cures half the problem.
