The reception counter is not dealt properly. Also there is difficulty in payment through cards as their POS machine always remain out of order.only in Parmacy counter POS machine is maintained properly. There is no cafeteria or canteen in the hospital.people have to go to nearby hotels to have even tea or coffee.

my appointment was @1pm, by mistake I reached @3. Dr left already. yet the receptionist informed the Dr and she came back. I had a painful cyst on my arm fir 2years. Dr did Pre-surgical tests and gave me a local anaesthetic and within 10mins itz all done, my cyst was gone. She talked me throughout the surgery asking from time to time if am ok, if itz painful and the nurse was holding my other hand just to comfort me. Very pleasant experience, I would definitely suggest her
