I'm Priyanka Kathir, I bought 80rs face whitening cream from medical shop and used it for my face to get fair skin. After a month of usage, my skin tone becomes fairly bright then one day as I was searching for something else in Instagram, I found an awareness video from Aarthi Mam about the disadvantages and drawbacks of local face whitening creams and the problems that cause after using it for a while. After seeing that video, I stopped that face whitening cream and decided to treat my skin with the help of Aarthi Mam. After I completely stopped using the local face whitening cream I started seeing many sort of skin problems in my face. My face becomes so dull and dark after stopping that cream. I was totally blank and confused that how am I gonna treat my skin. Then I took appointment from Aarthi Mam and met her in her clinic. In my first session, she spoked with heartwarming words and gave me hope that I can get back my old skin. She advised me not to feel for this and her hope gave me strength & confidence. Then she started blue light treatment for me. I undergone this blue light treatment for two times in two months and found that my face is far better than i was. After blue light treatment I have done lazer toning treatment and got *** **** results and now at present my skin is 60% better than it was before. Within 6 months of treatment I found a huge difference in my face. I'm really happy that I get to treat my skin with the best dermatologist in Chennai and I will surely refer to everyone who's been suffering from skin problems for quiet a long time. I can't say thank you to you just in mere words mam. I'm forever grateful for this. You gave me hope to face things. Thank you so much mam.

We feel consulting fees and medicine little high like us middle class. So, pl, consider about poor and needy people. Thank you.

I had booked an appointment at 7.45pm since the doctor availability timing was mentioned as 3pm to 8pm in Practo. When I called up in the clinic at 11am for confirmation, the receptionist informed me that the doctor usually leaves by 7-7.15pm, so I would have to come early if I wished to see the doctor. Since I needed the treatment urgently, I had to leave my office midway which usually ends at 6.30pm and I had to drive all the way to the clinic in huge traffic which was almost 15kms away from my office. When I reached the clinic around 7.10pm, the receptionist was surprised and asked me how come I came so early since my appointment was at 7.45pm. It gave me an impression as if I had come early by my own will and the doctor would anyway have been available till 8pm. This really annoyed me since I could have finished my day's work in the office easily and visited the clinic at the scheduled time. Following that, the doctor seemed to be pretty nice and cordial but she had listed out a series of creams and lotions for my forehead skin infection. She handed over the prescription directly to her attendant who guided me to the reception. They told me to wait for 5 mins and I had no idea what was going on. The receptionist started scribbling random numbers over each medicine on my prescription and after a couple of minutes, she told balatantly me to pay Rs. 2600 something directly. She said that all the medicines were available from their clinic only except one which I would have to purchase from outside. I was so shocked with their gestures that I could hardly figure out whether this was some treatment or some policy going on. I straightway refused to buy the medicines from there and left the clinic. I still cannot come to terms with the fact of buying 3k worth of creams and lotions and that too without even being asked whether I am willing it to buy those from their clinic or not. Their gestures were far too unprofessional for a medical hub where people wish to go for recovery from their ailment.

A very good dr with proper diagnosis and also her positive approach towards the patients make them come out of their problems with a positive atttitde. She is brilliant in diagnosing the problem .

It took me years (3-4 years) for me to find a good dermatologist. I had been experiencing severe alopecia and back acne issues. Tried multiple therapies but nothing clicked and things worsened. Gave a final chance and visited her. Dr Aarthi has been friendly & very patient enough to run me through the procedures, the reason for this condition ( helping you to understand the root cause) and what I would have to do as part of maintenance. Absolutely reliable and worth the money spent. For some of you, you might feel that it's a little priced when compared to the other skin specialist near your home. But you when you see the results you definitely wouldn't have any regrets.

I have been visiting her since last Oct and have seen remarkable improvements both on my head and skin (still undergoing treatment). She doesn't medicate you too much and also takes pain to address each issue at a time. For any procedure to succed we need to follow the instructions and it does take time for the results.

My mother has also been consulting her for her issues and we have seen great results.

Must also appreciate the staff out there who are approachable and friendly.

I have visited so many doctors but no relief then I visited Dr. Aarthi and she gave me proper treatment but her treatment course gave me complete cure and I am free from disease for last 1 months, and this is such a relief. i think its not only the medications but the way she explains the treatment, other daily skin care to follow. I strongly recommend her to all having any skin problem. I'm heartily thank you for helping me.

I was happy with the suggestion which doctor gave.but here only problem is I paid rs.500 for consulting but she doesn't listen more than 1 problem.. Consulting is for all skin problem which I have and not for 1 problem..I wanted to tell more than 4 problem but after discussing with the first problem, she wanted us to leave..She doesn't ask a single questions like do have any other problem and all ?..Adayar clinic.... Saturday at 03:00 PM..Waited 15 minutes but consulted doctor only for 5 minutes..Too bad..
