Dr. Vanmathy was very friendly and though delayed, she apologised for being late as she had been held up with a surgery that day. She took time to examine, explain, and reassure me. I was very happy with my appointment.
However, post-appointment, I have not been able to meet her for a review for close to 1 month. The lady receptionist was very rude, accused me of not showing up for an appointment (which is not true), said she would pass on my reports to the doctor and get back when the doctor was available. It has been almost a month now, and I haven't heard back. It's very sad when people working in the medical field don't take patient care seriously.

Dr. Brindha Sharma, the Physiotherapy doctor, was very kind. She saw my reports, and asked me a few questions to analyse and understand my problem well. She taught me physio therapy exercises very patiently. Her way of explaining things made me feel very comfortable. She showed genuine care and concern. I liked it when she said no external device is necessary for me to set right my issues, just my conscious effort and will power will do. I'm really thankful to her for the treatment and her kindness.

Dr. Karthic Babu Natarajan patiently listened to my complaint and got to know past history. Saw all my reports carefully. Explained what needs to be done to overcome pain. I felt very relieved when he said there's nothing serious and with medicines and physical exercises, I'll be all right.
