Hi Shail,
Itโs been a wonderful journey with you on this healthy diet and healthy mind plan. Like I always say to you, we connected at the right time. You were more of a friend than a dietician/therapist.
I liked the detailed diet plan that you kept giving me for weeks. Whenever I had a suggestion or needed some help regd. food and sleep issues, you would include my food preferences and also suggest some healthy ways to get a sound sleep.
When I asked you to add your favorite food and snacks into my diet plan, you were happy to do it and most of that food has become my favorite too ๐. Though I havenโt put on much weight , my eating habits have improved much - Thanks to your happy food. ๐
One shoutout to the happy tasks that you kept giving me. They were awesome. Keep doing that. It is a like a kit kat break ๐. I enjoyed doing all of them and still remember the songs, poem & all the creativity tasks that I had fun doing.

Dietitian Shail Yadav, is very patient in the beginning to collect all our ailment details, lifestyle details and came out with a nice diet / lifestyle plan, where I was able to adapt to it easily and able to reduce 8-9 kgs in 1.5 months. Since I am overweight, her plan helped me to reduce faster and easier. The diet she gives is sustainable and adaptable by anyone easily and I could really feel the reduction in weight and that gives a positive reinforcement to reduce more. I wish I had gone to her earlier and if at all I went to her earlier, I would have reduced much faster and would be in better shape now. I would recommend anyone to reach out to her and get her advice and stick to it. Also, the main thing I could see is the diet plan which she gave, I could stick to it, most of the time, we would not stick to it but her diet plan is helping us to make sure we are sticking to it, because she listens to you, if something she gives is not suitable for you, you can ask for a change and she will give that, thatโs really helpful for me and would be for anyone else

Due to personal reasons, I opted for a purely text based consultation. We had discussions spread over a couple days wherein I provided my details and questions, she carefully evaluated my requirements and gave answers to my questions along with a diet plan. It wrapped up with me sending a follow up questionnaire based on the diet plan provided.
Ms. Yadav was patient throughout the consultation and gave indepth answers to my several questions about diet and general health. She gave some practical tips in adjusting day to day practices for healthier living along with a complete suite of new recipes to try out. Overall, I felt she was a trustworthy and reliable source for diet planning.

Nutritionist Shail is very very good. When I started my diet I was very hesitant as Iam 53 years old and if I would lose weight. I had a talk with shail and she explained it very patiently and she put a diet plan exactly as I could follow so that I don't have any craving. It was followed by exercise, meditation and acupressure. She followed up with me everytime and made sure I was on track.Very friendly approach and motivation was high which is also very important. I have lost few kgs as per my diet regime and age factor. I strongly recommend Shail and Wishing her Good Luck in all her endeavors. God Bless ๐
