I was 111 kgs when I first met Dietician Gomathy Gowthaman mam.. Without any thoughts i had consulted her for weight loss, since my gynaecologist told to reduce 40kgs for PCOS problem.

Mam explained well about nutrition and balanced diet and gave diet charts consists of normal food we regularly have like fruits, vegetables and Spinach and she changes the diet on each review to see the progress.. And her liquid diet works wonder.. The admin keeps tracking for the next review/appointment, on each review weight will be checked and next diet plan will be provided accordingly.

Even with the busy study schedule, attending classes and works , on and off diets during exam time, plus proper exercise and yoga, i have managed to reduce 30kgs!! And the progress for next 10kg is still going on. Thank you mam for all the efforts and motivations. Always indebted to you.. After losing weight feeling much confident and more happier now.🙏🏻

I must say that Ms. Gomathi's diet chart was incredibly easy to follow. Her chart was well-balanced and included all the necessary nutrients that my body needed to function correctly. It was easy to incorporate her recommendations into my daily routine, and I didn't feel like I was going out of my way to stick to the diet.

Thanks to Ms. Gomathi's guidance and support, I have now lost an impressive 13.4 kg and currently weigh 84.0 kg. I am thrilled with my progress. Her diet chart has not only helped me lose weight but also improved my overall health and well-being. I had a terrible experience. She never turned up for my appointment. I had rescheduled after that with her three times, and at the end of it, she says I should find another dietician. She showed no professionalism or interest in taking on new clientele. She didn’t bother calling me on time- I was the one who had to call her for our respective phone appointments. She didn’t even make the time to find out what my concerns / needs were. It was a bad experience overall, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I travelled for a long time and she didn’t turn up for the appointment or didn’t bother to reschedule or make amends for the next consultation visit. Very poor management and patient care. Very dissatisfied. And yes, I will find another dietician happily.
