Dr. Vijay's Hospital

1. We met Dr Soumya with the delay of an hour due to unorganised deal of reception staff.. Doctor has explained well. Hopefully the medicine should work..

2. The medicine given for above ₹2000/ all medicines are billed for MRP. When it is asked for the discounted price, the staff who was available in pharmacy said, as per sir, we have to CHARGE only MRP price..

I explained about discounts in Apollo, netmeds, netmed etc, he do not to listen and said this is is price..

3. I have returned the medicines back and ordered in Apollo.

4. There was no reaction from pharmacy.and staff..

5. For the delay wen I asked the nurse, she said somebody has come in the morning, ( hopefully her relation or friend or someone )you might be taken online appointment hence please wait.

The experience is ....very bad..

We waited almost 2 hrs still was not able to meet the doctor.. my appointment was booked at 7.30 and we waited till 10 even aftr such long wait doctor dint meet us and we were asked to wait a little more. Patient was my father who is 73 yrs old he waited thr so long witout having food and scheduled medicine jus to meet doctor but all went futile. Very awful experience and suggest the doctor to intervene such cases and take proper action so that in future other patients would not face the same problem.

It was very nice experience. Doctor very patiently listen my health issue. He was very friendly in consultation. While speaking to the doctor itself reduced my tension and stress to half. During this pandemic situation the doctor and his clinic staff follow the Corona protocol.

******* **** **** * ******** ** ***** *** **** ***** ******** *** ** * ** *** ***** just check with a torch from 2 mtrs away as if they are consulting for covid.. and finally prescribed for calamine..

I would hve rather got this directly from medical shop instead of spending consultation fee..
